In Live Chat Settings You can set up your Header and sub-header messages.

In FAQ settings you can set up your message and sub-message

You can enable/disable search and categories options.

To add categories, click on Add category.

You can customize your categories by uploading files from your device, using Unsplash image search, or GIF's.

You can always add new categories or delete categories:
